Refund policy
At Korawel, your comfort is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Korawel massage device, you may request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
Refund Eligibility Conditions:
- The request must be made within 90 days after delivery.
- The device must be in good condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
- The product must be returned in its original Korawel box.
- Normal signs of use are accepted.
Refund Process:
- Contact our customer support team at: contact@korawel.com
- We review and approve your return request.
- You will receive the return address.
- Once we receive the device and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the device arrives damaged or defective, Korawel will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- However, you may still request a refund after receiving the product (90-day guarantee applies).
