Refund policy

At Korawel, your comfort is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Korawel massage device, you may request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility Conditions:

  • The request must be made within 90 days after delivery.
  • The device must be in good condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
  • The product must be returned in its original Korawel box.
  • Normal signs of use are accepted.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at: contact@korawel.com
  2. We review and approve your return request.
  3. You will receive the return address.
  4. Once we receive the device and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the device arrives damaged or defective, Korawel will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • However, you may still request a refund after receiving the product (90-day guarantee applies).
